Metropia, LLC is a real estate re-development, investment, and management company specializing in distressed, under-valued commercial multifamily properties. Their sustainable approach looks to reclaim, revive, and renew these underutilized properties as well as the lives of their residents and the surrounding neighborhood.

Central Christian was in need of a fresh, new website that was user friendly for their core members and also appealing to their growing youth culture. The site needed to be easily updatable for its two campus locations and their many happenings at both locations. This required a customized CMS and an events calendar that could categorize an event for a single campus or for events that occurred concurrently at both.
